Terms of service

Last updated: 27 August 2026

These terms apply when you access regrip.com.au, use our online store or customer app, purchase products, book collection or return, or use our regripping and related services (the Services). The Services are operated by Technicolour Pty Ltd trading as Regrip (ABN 60 672 881 211) (Regrip, we, us or our).

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Using the Services

You must provide accurate, current information and use the Services lawfully. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Products and service information

We take reasonable care to describe products and services accurately. Colours and appearance may vary between screens and production batches. Grip feel, fit and performance are personal and can be affected by hand size, installation, build-up, weather and use. Product guidance is general information and does not replace manufacturer instructions or advice from a qualified club fitter.

Unless a product page says otherwise, golf grips are sold individually and supplied unfitted. Check the quantity, size, core, colour and other specifications before ordering.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt; we accept the order when we confirm that it can be fulfilled or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order for a reasonable reason, including unavailability, suspected fraud, an unlawful transaction or a clear pricing or description error. If we cancel after payment, we will provide a prompt refund.

If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot supply it within the agreed or a reasonable time, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a substitute you agree to, a revised timeframe or a refund.

Prices, GST and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery or collection charges, if any, are shown before checkout. You authorise the selected payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms and privacy policies. If a buy-now-pay-later or other credit option is offered, the credit is provided by the identified third-party provider, not by Regrip, and is subject to that provider's eligibility checks and credit terms. Regrip does not provide consumer credit.

Delivery, collection and return

Our Shipping policy explains dispatch, Australia Post delivery and eligible local collection and return services. Dates and time windows are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will let you know about a material delay and provide any remedy required by law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and safe delivery or collection location, ensuring access during an agreed window, and telling us about access restrictions. If a collection cannot be completed because access was unavailable or information was materially inaccurate, we may reschedule and charge a reasonable, direct cost only where it was disclosed or agreed.

Regripping services and customer-owned clubs

You confirm that you own the clubs submitted for service or are authorised by the owner. Before collection, remove valuables and unrelated accessories and tell us about known damage, prior repairs, unusual construction or requirements that could affect the work.

We will perform services with due care and skill. Normal wear, hidden corrosion, existing cracks, loose components, weakened shafts or earlier poor-quality repairs can make a club unsafe or unsuitable for work. If we identify a material issue, we may pause and ask for your approval before carrying out additional work or returning the club. We will not charge for additional work without your agreement.

We may take intake, bench and completion photos or videos to document condition and service history. We handle this material in accordance with our Privacy policy.

DIY products and safety

Knives, clamps, solvents, tapes and other workshop products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and safety information. Use appropriate ventilation, protective equipment and care around blades, chemicals, graphite shafts and clamping pressure. Keep hazardous products away from children, heat and ignition sources as directed by the manufacturer.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our Return and refund policy forms part of these terms. It explains change-of-mind returns and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Marketing

We send commercial electronic messages only where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy policy contains more information.

Intellectual property

The Services and their original text, graphics, branding, software and other content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping and service purposes. You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with or exploit the Services except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship unless expressly stated.

Third-party services and links

The Services may connect to Shopify, payment providers, carriers, maps, authentication services and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit any responsibility we have under applicable law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss that could not reasonably have been expected to result from our breach or conduct, or for loss caused by your misuse, unauthorised alteration or failure to follow instructions. This limitation does not apply to rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for a delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep you informed. If we cannot supply within the agreed or a reasonable time, you may cancel and receive any refund required by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the Services. The version that applied when we accepted your order continues to govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in New South Wales. This clause does not prevent you from exercising rights in another jurisdiction where the law allows.
