Refund policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
This policy applies to purchases from Technicolour Pty Ltd trading as Regrip (ABN 60 672 881 211) (Regrip, we, us or our).
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
If a product has a major problem, you may choose a refund or replacement. If a product has a minor problem, we may choose to repair the product, replace it or provide a refund. If we cannot fix a minor problem within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a different remedy.
If a service has a major problem, you may be entitled to cancel the service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for the difference in value. If a service problem is minor, we will fix it within a reasonable time at no charge. Other remedies may apply if we do not do so.
We may inspect or assess an item before providing a remedy. You do not have to contact the manufacturer. When a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will also cover reasonable return or collection costs where required by law.
Change-of-mind returns
In addition to your legal rights, we accept change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days after delivery if:
- the item is unused, uninstalled, unaltered and in resalable condition;
- the item is in its original packaging with all labels, accessories and instructions; and
- you provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
Change-of-mind returns are not available for grips that have been installed, used, cut or altered; opened solvents, chemicals or other sealed consumables where the seal has been broken; items made or configured specifically for you; gift cards; or clearance/final-sale items. These exclusions do not apply where an item fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
For an accepted change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return postage and the original delivery charge is not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Incorrect, damaged or faulty orders
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order is incorrect, damaged in transit or faulty. Photos can help us resolve the issue quickly, but a failure to provide photos or notify us within a fixed number of days does not remove any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or service booking. We will make reasonable efforts to stop dispatch or collection. If an order has already been dispatched, our return terms apply. If a service booking has incurred a direct and unavoidable cost, we will explain that cost before applying it. Your Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply.
How to request a return or remedy
Email proshop@regrip.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and your preferred remedy. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item.
Approved returns should be securely packed and sent to Regrip, 9/248-252 Peats Ferry Road, Hornsby NSW 2077, Australia. We recommend using tracked postage for change-of-mind returns.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the credit.
