These terms apply to products sold through Regrip.

Products

Golf grips are sold as grip-only products and are supplied unfitted unless a product page clearly says otherwise. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens and production batches.

Orders and stock

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil the order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate alternative or refund.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Product prices and applicable shipping charges are shown before payment. Payment is taken when the order is placed.

Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within one business day. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns and product problems

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains our change-of-mind process. Products also come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from misuse, incorrect installation or use of a product for a purpose it was not designed for. This does not exclude any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
